BANGALORE: Karnataka (Recognised) Unaided School Management Association (KUSMA) will file a review petition in the Supreme Court as its judgement pertaining to the implementation of Right to Education (RTE) Act, 2009, adversely affected the existence of non-minority educational institutions across the state.KUSMA appealed to chief secretary S V Ranganath through its legal advisor K V Dhananjay, to postpone the implementation of the Act to 2013-14. “The state government cannot administer or implement the RTE unless it has conclusively mapped unaided minority and unaided non-minority institutions in its territory,” stated the letter to Ranganath.
