Though the few Science fiction films that were made in the Malayalam film industry haven't fetched the desired results, yet a debutant director is already working hard to make another film based on a novel theme titles 'Red Rain' the movie will be based on real phenomenon of acid rains that was witnessed in certain districts of Kerala, some years ago.
Rahul Sadasvian a student of the London film industry has done extensive research on the subject with inputs from Professor Chandra Vikram Singh that forms the base of this movie.
The movie will feature stars like Naren, Tini Tom, Devan and Shari, along with many European artists for this movie produced by Sachin Sadasivan under the banner of Highland entertainments. The movie will made in five languages. Gopi Sundar will team up with foreign musicians to handle the music department.
