In wake of L K Advani's Jana Chethana Yatra, Bangalore police have made changes in vehicular movement.

BANGALORE: In wake of L K Advani’s Jana Chethana Yatra at National High School Grounds on Sunday, the city traffic police have made changes in vehicular movement. People coming from Mysore Road, Tumkur Road, Magadi Road and Bellary Road through BMTC buses and tempos can alight at Shivashankar Circle and walk towards the venue. Parking arrangements for BMTC and private buses has been made at CAR Ground on Mysore Road.

Those who come from Kanakapura Road, Bannerghatta Road, Hosur Road and Kolar can alight at Diwan Madhava Rao Circle on K R Road. Parking arrangement for buses has been made at NMKRV College Ground in Jayanagar third block and at Corporation Ground behind Cosmo Club.

Parking facility for two-wheelers, tempos and cars have been provided at Kote High School ground in Chamarajapet. While parking for the vehicles of VIPs have been provided on Uttaradi Mutt Main Road and its second, third and fourth crosses. Parking for cars and other vehicles will be allowed on Shanakarapura main road and two-wheelers can be parked on second, third, fourth and fifth crosses.

Parking has been prohibited in the following areas between 6 am and 10 pm on Sunday: From Town Hall Circle to Market Flyover on N R Road; Briand Circle to Royan Circle on Sultan Road;  Royan Circle to Minto Hospital Junction on Chamarajapet first main road; Minto Hospital Junction to National College on PMK Road and Vani Vilas Road; Lalbagh Main Gate to Basappa Circle on Lalbagh Fort Road; Basappa Circle to Makkala Koota Junction on Kondajji Basappa Road; Subbaiah Circle to Lalbagh Main Gate on Lalbagh Road.
