Pondy student in International Olympiads finals

PUDUCHERRY: Alessandra Gablier, a student from Lycée Français, Puducherry, has been selected to participate in the finals of the International Olympiads in Geosciences in Italy along with three other students from Lycee Francaise schools in France.  She is the winner of National Olympiades (France) in Geosciences.A student of  XII standard  group Science (Terminale S in the French system), Alessandra was born and brought up in Auroville.However, most of her studies were in the Union Territory of Puducherry and for a brief period in France.  The Olympiad in Geosciences comprises the disciplines of astronomy, meterology, geology and oceanology.
