Sanjay Dutt was lodged in Yerwada jail, Pune, in the 1993 boms blasts case. The actor is currently out on a 30-day parole on the grounds of his wife's ill-health.
"He has been granted one-month parole on the recommendation made by the prison officials. The date of his release on parole will be decided by them after completing the formalities," said Pune Divisional Commissioner Prabhakar Deshmukh.
