Any delay on the parts of the officials, severe disciplinary action will be taken on the officials concerned. The disposal of pending eligible BPS applications should be cleared before December 31.Each pending eligible BPS application file should contain data sheet containing BPS application and the name of the applicant and number generated before commencement of scrutiny by concerned section officer and ACP at Circle level.  Daily disposal of BPS applications list should be displayed in respective circle offices. Progress of disposal of BPS applications indicating details like BPS application number, applicants name, number of  floors and use of the building should be furnished to the head office on weekly basis.GHMC officials told Express that all the 18 circle assistant city planners and deputy commissioners were issued guidelines for disposal of pending eligible BPS applications received by GHMC. Further, Google map verification should be done or with any other satellite imagery of 2008. The OSRT image of the existing building clearly showing number of floors and terrace should be uploaded.
