THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Footpaths will finally return to the real owners. The City Police Commissioner has issued a strict directive against parking cars on footpaths. Any vehicle found parked on footpaths will be taken over by the police from here on. The directive has been issued in response to numerous complaints received by the Commissioner on the issue.
