Miami: The wheel seems to have turned full circle for Indian tennis veterans Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi.
After playing against each other in the 2010 Sony Ericsson Open doubles final, Paes and Bhupathi are again at the same stage this year but will be paired together as they take on Max Mirnyi of Belarus and Daniel Nestor of Canada for the trophy clash.
The 'Indian Express' who came together prior to the Australian Open this year got the better of the Serbian duo of Oliver Marach and Janko Tipsarevic 6-3, 5-7, (11-9) in a super tie-break after the first two sets were split.
Mirnyi and Nestor won their semi-final against Wimbledon champions Jurgen Melzer and Philipp Petzschner 6-4, 6-1 to book their place in the final.
Ironically, Mirnyi was Bhupathi's partner in 2010 when they went down to Paes and Lukas Dlouhy in the summit clash at this tournament.
