New Delhi: Struggling Finnish handset giant Nokia is expected to unveil its first Windows Phone handsets this week. The three new phones are the Nokia 800, the Sabre and the Ace.
Nokia could unveil the new devices at its annual Nokia World trade show in London this week. According to reports, these new handsets from Nokia will go on sale from November.
Nokia 800 is said to have an 8 megapixel camera and a 3.7-inch screen. The phone is believed to come in three colours - pink, black and light blue. According to some leaked images, the Sabre looks more like the iPhone and features a 3.5-inch screen surrounded by a white frame. It is rumoured to have a 5-megapixel camera.
The third handset - the Ace - is said be one with a sliding keyboard and an 8 megapixel camera.
Nokia is banking on Windows Phone OS after facing being pushed down to the third slot in the smartphone market. The company has witnessed worldwide smartphone sales dipping down this year.
