New Delhi: The main accused in the Narela gangrape case has been arrested.
The accused, Vikram, was nabbed when he was trying to board a train to get out of the Capital.
On News Year's eve, a woman was raped in a moving car in Narela in south-west Delhi in broad daylight.

They had initially offered the woman a lift but when she refused, they abducted her and raped her inside the car.
With this arrest, all the three named in the case are in police custody.
On January 1, another woman had registered an FIR claiming she was raped near Dilshad Garden. The 25-year-old woman told the Delhi Police that she was raped in a moving car by a man named Ved Prakash.
According to official figures, there were around 1500 rape cases reported in the country in 2005. Out of these, Delhi accounted for 30 per cent.
Thus, Delhi is living up to its notorious reputation as the Rape Capital of the nation.
