HYDERABAD: The mother-son duo of J Pearllinda Vanburen, the American lady and her baby son Emperor Kioyous, who were embroiled in controversy regarding passport issues for the child have finally flown back home, with aid of a Jamaican passport. In an act of empathy for her troubles over the past few weeks, Rama’s Fertility Clinic, where the baby was conceived in January last, has waived more than Rs 50,000 that Vanburen would have had to shell out for her child’s one month stay at the clinic while she was in Jamaica sorting out passport issues. “Vanburen had to constantly travel to New Delhi, and Jamaica and USA for which she must have spent Rs 2 lakh. So the least we could do was waive o her medical expenses,” said P S N Prasad, of Rama’s Fertility Clinic.
