Los Angeles: King of pop Michael Jackson, who has been detected with skin cancer, is in constant fear of dying and is terrified that his nose will fall off.
Though the music star has seen top doctors here after cancerous skin cells were found on his nose, chest and arm, he continues to fret about the effects of the ailment, thesun.co.uk reported.
"Michael has become convinced that his nose is going to fall off. The doctors have reassured him that this won't happen. But Michael believes that the skin cancer will kill him and he lives in constant fear of dying. His chances are excellent but he is very afraid," a source was quoted as saying.
Jackson, 50, has already had shave biopsies on his chest, arm and nose to remove potentially lethal growths since the cancer was diagnosed last month.
