Since the time Manju Warrier decided to return to Mollywood, there has been buzz that she has been signed by Ranjith to star in a film opposite Mohanlal. But the director has rubbished the rumours and says that Manju Warrier is not a part of the film.
According to OneIndia.com, in fact Prithviraj is also not a part of the film. The director clarifies that he wanted to work with Manju but could not come up with a script that would do justice to her.
He also says that the female lead doesn't have much role in his upcoming film and that's the reason Manju ahs not been signed for the film.
