The pilot, who is said to be the airline's pilot training head, reportedly asked his co-pilot and the crew members to stay out of the cockpit.

New Delhi: A Kingfisher Airlines pilot on Thursday reportedly allowed a woman passenger in the cockpit, asking his co-pilot and the crew members to stay out of it, in direct violation of the rules of the DGCA.

The incident happened aboard a Mumbai-Delhi flight.

The pilot in question is also supposedly the head of the airline's pilot training.

The cabin crew filed a complaint against the pilot.

Kingfisher has said it will investigate the matter.

The DGCA too has ordered a probe.
