Kothanur: Two people have been arrested by police in attack on Ivory Coast nationals at Kothanur in Karnataka on Thursday. Four students from Ivory Coast were allegedly thrashed by locals on Monday night.
The victims apparently told police that they don't want to file complaints, but were willing to make statements as they felt unsafe in the neighbourhood and wanted authorities to improve safety measures.
