BANGALORE: If Christian Literature interests you, then the Bangalore International Christian Book Fair, organised at Campus Crusade for Christ Auditorium, Hennur Cross, till November 6, is a place to visit.The exhibition boasts over one lakh titles from publications all over the world. The main attraction is an exhibit showcasing the world’s smallest Bible. Produced on a slide that is just two inches long, the ‘Slide Bible’ contains 1,245 pages of the book and the text can only be viewed through a microscope, which is part of the exhibit. Also on display is an indestructible ‘Metal Bible’ and a ‘Water-proof Bible’ made of laminated paper. “These Bibles were put on display about three years back and now we are able to offer them for sale,” said Jose Thomas, an organiser.“We have approached the publishers of a palm sized Bible weighing 10 grams in order to get permission to sell them,” he added.
