Indian Railways Recruitment 2018 for South Western Division is inviting applications to fill 21 unreserved vacancies under Sports Quota. The notification was released on the official website of Railway Recruitment Cell, Hubli. Interested and eligible candidates must go through the recruitment details below and should send the application form at the earliest so that it reaches the Hubli Office on or before 12th February 2018, 6PM.
How to apply for Indian Railways Recruitment 2018 for South Western Division?
Step 1 – Visit the official website - rrchubli.in
Step 2 – Click on ‘APPLICATION FORMAT’ given in front of “CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD the NOTIFICATION FOR Recruitment against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) for the year 2017-18 on SWR [E.N. No. 01/2018 (Sports) dated 13.01.2018]
Step 3 – Download the application format and fill the application form
Step 4 – Get a crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) to pay the application fee from any post office drawn in favor of Asst. Personnel Officer/HQ, South Western Railway, Hubli, payable at Hubli.
Step 5 – Send the duly filled Application Form and IPO by ordinary post or drop in at: “The Assistant Personnel Officer /HQ, Railway Recruitment Cell, 2nd floor, Old G.M.’s Office building, Club Road, Hubli - 580023”

Application Fee:
Male candidates of Unreserved category need to pay an application fee of ₹500
Female candidates and candidates from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with disabilities (PWDs), Minorities and Economically Backward Classes need to pay an application fee of ₹250
Age Limit:
Candidates must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 25 years as on 1st January 2018. There is no age relaxation for any category.
Educational Qualification:
The applicant must be Class 12th passed or have an equivalent certificate from a recognized board or institution.
Or
The applicant must possess a matriculate certificate along with a Course certificate completed under the Apprenticeship/ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of trials and assessment of sports achievements, educational qualification, general intelligence/ personality, etc. Candidates who are found fit will be qualified for next levels.

Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be placed in the Group ‘C’ in Pay Band – 1 of ₹5,200-₹20,200 with Grade Pay (GP) of ₹1,900/2,000 (VI CP)
