The director-producer eagerly awaits the release of his new film 'Udaan'
Mumbai: Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who has churned out intense films like Black Friday, Dev D and Gulaal, says he would love to make a comedy like Munnabhai MBBS.
"I'm not averse to it at all. I would love to make something like Munnabhai MBBS. You need talent to be able to pull off something like that. In fact, I quite envy directors like Rajkumar Hirani and Dibakar Banerjee because they make such wonderful films," Kashyap told in an interview.
Kashyap is currently awaiting the release of his production venture Udaan, a story about the relationship between a father-son that was screened at the Cannes International Film Festival earlier this year.
