New Delhi: HP has introduced a first-of-its-kind WiFi mouse in India. The HP Wi-Fi Mobile Mouse is the first wireless mouse to connect to computer without a USB dongle via a PC's built-in WiFi receiver.
According to HP the mouse has up to nine months of battery life, that is more than twice the battery life of comparable Bluetooth mouse models.
The mouse has five customisable buttons that allow users to create shortcuts for common actions such as cut, paste, undo and redo and includes a a four-way-tilt scroll wheel. The device has rubbed sides for a better grip for both right- and left-handed use.
The mouse can be operated from up to a distance of 30 feet from the PC. The mouse is compatible with Microsoft's Windows 7 OS.
The HP WiFi Mobile Mouse is available in India for Rs 2999.
