Raipur: A two member bench of the Chhattisgarh High Court on Wednesday reserved its order on Dr Binayak Sen's bail plea.
"I hope he will get bail and if not we will approach the Supreme court for justice," his brother Dipankar Sen said.
Two European Union members, both from France were present, along with an Amnesty International representative were also present in the court during the hearing.
Prosecution tried to prove that the letters recovered from Piyush Guha, were written by Narayan Sanyal and couriered by Binayak Sen.
Earlier, 40 Nobel laureates from 12 countries issued an appeal on Sen's behalf saying that he must be granted bail and given a fair trial.
BJP MP and senior lawyer Ram Jethmalanai is fighting the case for Binayak Sen.
