New Delhi: Amole Gupte's 'Hawaa Hawaai' has a moral in the end. And it's a must-watch for children who are merely happy watching 'Avengers' or 'Spider-Man' series and don't really care to know about the harsh reality of life. The story of this underprivileged kid Arjun- who dreams to fly wearing the inline skating wheels despite knowing that he can't even afford a pair of shoes, is indeed heart-wrenching.
Here are five important moral lessons that your kid can learn and imbibe after watching this movie:
Where there's a will there's a way: Arjun used to see a group of kids practicing inline skating everyday and that fascinated him. He too developed a desire to fly wearing these fancy wheels. He learnt it by merely watching the kids and listening to their trainer Saqib Saleem. Since, he couldn't afford to buy a pair of inline skating shoes, his friends made a pair for him and he practiced wearing that.
Finding happiness in small things: For Arjun, being with his mother and little sister is all that he needs to keep himself him. Seeing them happy brings happiness on his face.
Never say never: The fact that the poor, little kid is determined to live his dream, itself gives a very strong message. With the spirit of never disparaging made Arjun win in the end.
A friend in need is a friend indeed: His five friends were the pillar of support and perfect source of motivation for Arjun. They helped him in living his dream by designing the inline skating shoes on their own. This is what we call true friendship.
Sharing is caring: There's a scene in the movie, where a kid gives his wheels to Arjun, so that he can perform better in the race. The kid even tells his mentor that he would get immense pleasure if Arjun wears his wheels and participates in the race.
