Kolkata: The show of support continues for Kolkata Police Commissioner Prasun Mukherjee and now Sourav Ganguly's family is backing him.
Mukherjee said on Saturday that if his camp won the elections for the Cricket Association of Bengal, he would nominate Ganguly's brother Snehashis for the post of Assistant Secretary.
This assurance comes just a day after Snehashish Ganguly produced Sourav's e-mail on Dalmiya.
In the e-mail, Ganguly, without naming Dalmiya, blamed him for spoiling his career, accusing him of leaking the e-mail written by India coach Greg Chappell to then Board of Control for Cricket in India president Ranbir Singh Mahendra.
