Lashing out at the cyber agencies which pinpointed the role of the Popular Front of India in spreading false SMSes across the country, PFI national chairman E M Abdul Rahiman denied its involvement in the episode.
“These are baseless allegations with a malicious agenda. We demand an investigation against those who are spreading these rumours,” he said.
The PFI has approached the Union Home Ministry against the reported information submitted by the National Cyber Investigation Agency and asked it to take necessary action.
