Mumbai: Arrested for allegedly masturbating at an American woman in Mumbai, accused Gopal Walmiki has told the police that he was urinating on the road side and the complainant misunderstood his intentions.
He reportedly told police that he was zipping up his pants when the woman saw him and started screaming. 25-year old Gopal Walmiki had been let off on bail on Wednesday.
