Barmer: Expelled Bharatiya Janata Party leader Jaswant Singh on Friday denied any possibility of him forming another party. He also claimed that it was due to the BJP that he had to take the extreme step to fight the elections as an independent candidate.
Dismissing all possibilities of returning to the BJP fold, Singh said, "I will not return to BJP. I have been expelled twice."
He also denied the existence of any wave for BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. "There is only heat wave in Barmer, there is no Modi wave," he said.
Lashing out at the party president Rajnath Singh and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia, he said that the decision not to give him the ticket was taken by the tewo leaders.
Analysing the ongoing elections, he said, "this election is more about political rhetoric. Facing lack of ideas and issues which will have impact on our country. Rhetoric is replacing logic and the level of discussion is very low.
