Bangalore: 12-year-old arrested for raping three-year-old girl

Bangalore: A 12-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl in north Bangalore. The two were neighbours.

According to the police, the incident happened on Saturday evening when the boy, a Class 6 student took the girl home and allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The victim's parents approached the police when they found the girl crying and noticed injuries on her body.

The boy has been sent to a juvenile home. Both of them were subjected to medical tests and the reports are yet to come. Police said the boy will also be taken to a psychologist for further check up.
