Andhra Pradesh Congress MLAs meet CM

HYDERABAD: A number of Congress MLAs, who

have been elected to the Assembly for the first time, today

met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and

discussed issues concerning development of their

constituencies.The legislators held a meeting in the Assembly

buildings before calling on the Chief Minister.The meeting assumed political significance against the

backdrop of resignations of 23 Congress MLAs in support of

Kadapa MP Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.Congress MLAs A Krishna Mohan and others said issues

like funds for development of constituencies and setting up an

office in their Assembly segments were discussed with the

Chief Minister.
