HYDERABAD: The GVK EMRI 108 ambulance services has decided to provide “dropping back new mothers” services in the state after delivery as all the 732 vehicles at their disposal would be back in operation from March 10.Speaking to newsmen here on Friday, executive partner of GVK EMRI, Siddhartha Bhattacharya said as for the MoU signed with the state government they would press 732 ambulances into service by March 10.By January 24, the GVK EMRI would put 677 vehicles on road, Bhattacharya said and added that they would refurbish as many as 256 ambulances by the end of current financial year.He said presently 622 vehicles are on the road out of a total 802 vehicles as they have reinducted 100 vehicles by repairing them.
