Thiruvananthapuram MP Shashi Tharoor came down heavily on Air India authorities for the frequent cancellation of flights.
He cautioned that the goodwill of the national carrier is at stake.
“Air India has lost huge goodwill in Thiruvananthapuram over repeated cancellations and ignoring the plight of passengers some of whom face the prospect of losing jobs,’’ he posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter on Saturday.
“Air India Express COO Andy D’Souza assured me this will not happen again. But it will take a lot for the airline to win back people’s trust,’’ Tharoor added.
