Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Measure and pour the iced coffee, Irish cream, sugar, and milk into the shaker.
Stir the contents thoroughly.
Strain and pour the mixture into a highball glass.
Top the drink off with cream.
Garnish the drink with a wafer and chocolate shavings.
