Get two teens together. They need to be an unrelated female and male. Get them in the same household and make them relax on a queen size bed.
Active your cheat engine. To do this, pause game and hit ctrl-shift-c; this will open cheat engine. Type "testingcheatsenabled true" in the cheat engine.
Switch them into young-adults. Shift click female and change her into a young adult. Click accept and repeat the same thing with the male.
Try for the pregnancy. Select one of them as current Sim and click other. The game should still be paused. Select try for a baby twice.
Switch them back into teens. Shift click the female again. Turn her back into a teen and make her the way you want. Then click accept. Repeat the process with the male.
Select play. They will try for 30 sec to 1 min.
Wait a little bit and soon you'll have a pregnant teen. If she doesn't get pregnant try the entire process again.
