Getting Customer Support
Use Wowcher's live chat function for an immediate answer. If you need help with an order or are having trouble with the Wowcher site, start a live chat with one of their advisors to get your question answered right away. These advisors are available from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm GMT on Saturdays.Tip: To start a live chat, visit https://www.wowcher.co.uk/page/contact and click on “Live Chat” in the bottom left corner. Use Live Chat if you have specific account or payment questions so that you can give them your information privately.
Ask Wowcher a question on Twitter to get an answer that same day. Although you can’t send their Twitter account a direct message unless they are following you, you can tag @Wowcher_Support in a Tweet directly to ask them a question. They will respond to your tweet any time between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm GMT Monday through Friday. Send a message on Facebook for non-urgent inquiries. Visit the Wowcher Support Facebook page and click on “Send Message” to write out your question. Your conversation is private and will be answered between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm GMT Monday through Friday. Check the FAQs on their website if you can't speak to a person. If you have a question after hours or on a Sunday, try checking the frequently asked questions page, or FAQs, to see if your question has already been answered by Wowcher. Asking Business Inquiries
Use Wowcher's website form to get in touch about working with them. If you’d like to get your product on Wowcher’s website, fill out their merchant form to submit your product. Provide your company name, registration number, and the details about your product and wait for a reply from their sales team.Tip: You can also look at business FAQs on their merchant page. Send press-related questions via email to [email protected]. If you have questions for the marketing or advertising team of Wowcher or you’d like to contact a spokesperson for the company, you can send their press department a direct email.
