Call the General Customer Support Line

Follow the automated prompts to connect to a FedEx representative. You can use this number for international calls as well as US information. You can call this number Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central time. To connect to a representative, say “Representative” or dial 0 on your keypad.

Call the Technical Support Hotline

They can fix any issues you’re having with the website. You can connect to the Tech Support Hotline through the main customer service line, or you can call them directly. They’re open from Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central time.

Call the Billing Inquiries Department

Use this number if you have questions or problems with your bill. This line will connect you to the U.S. office, but you can also ask them to transfer you to international offices. They’re open from Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central time.

Call FedEx’s Telephone Device for the Deaf

Use this number if you're hard of hearing. You'll be able to type messages back and forth instead of talking to someone on the phone. They’re open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central time.

Check FedEx’s Website for Country-specific Contact Info

Numbers vary depending on the country/region you're calling from. FedEx has offices all over the world, and international offices have different numbers. File a Claim for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods

If you had an issue with your package, submit a claim online. You can submit a single claim or file a batch claim on FedEx’s website. You can also track the status of your claim once you submit it.
