While she addressed the rumours in no time, nonetheless, it became the talk of the town in merely a couple of days. There have been reports of Victoria’s “secret” marriage with actor Oho Ou circulating in various media outlets. Victoria’s label, YUEKAI Entertainment, promptly dismissed the speculations as baseless and pledged legal action against those spreading false information. They cleared that Victoria has neither married anyone secretly nor has there been any indication of a potential marriage with the Chinese actor.
In their statement, YUEKAI Entertainment said, “The allegations are just malicious rumours. We ask that you stop the spread of these rumours. We ask that the publisher (of these rumours) immediately refrain from infringing on (Victoria’s) rights. We will hold them accountable according to the law,” reports Koreaboo.
The firm has also taken a strong stance emphasising its commitment to protecting Victoria from untrue rumours that could harm her reputation.
Korean media reports claim the rumours originated from a Chinese paparazzi member, with online speculation suggesting a secret marriage between Victoria and Oho Ou, who had collaborated on Chinese dramas, as per Koreaboo.
Actor Oho Ou’s label also denied the marriage rumours, urging fans to focus on the actors’ professional endeavors, rather than believing in rumours related to their personal lives.
Victoria and Ou Hao’s swift response has effectively put an end to the rumors. The duo had previously collaborated on dramas like Find Yourself in 2019 and My Fantastic Mrs. Right: Season 2 in 2021.
Song Qian, also popularly known as Victoria, debuted with F(x) in 2009, and has made a global fanbase with hit songs like Rachata, Pinocchio, Hot Summer, First Wisdom Tooth, Red Light, and 4 Walls. She is a singer, dancer, actress, model, host, and author. In 2010, she gained fame in We Got Married Season 2 and was a cast member of KBS’s Invincible Youth.
Her exclusive contract with SM Entertainment ended in 2021, and she is reportedly working as an actress in her hometown in China at present. Oho Ou, or Ou Hao, is also a Chinese actor and singer best known for his role as Zhang Yang in The Left Ear (2015), as well as appearing in Wild Bloom (2022) and The Captain (2019).
