Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway recently revealed that she had suffered from a miscarriage while working on a play about motherhood. The actress recalled her duress and extended her support to women who have had a similar experience as her.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, Anne said, “The first time it didn’t work out for me. I was doing a play and I had to give birth onstage every night. It was too much to keep it in when I was onstage pretending everything was fine.”
“I had to keep it real otherwise…So when it did go well for me, having been on the other side of it — where you have to have the grace to be happy for someone — I wanted to let my sisters know, ‘You don’t have to always be graceful. I see you and I’m with you,’” she added.
Meanwhile, Anne Hathaway is gearing up for her upcoming project The Idea of You, where she stars alongside Nicholas Galitzine. The film is scheduled to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 2 this year.

The book was published in 2017 and focused on Solène and Hayes’ love story. Anne Hathaway plays the 40-year-old Solène, a single mom who begins an unexpected romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the lead singer of August Moon, dubbed as the hottest boy band on the planet.
As per the trailer, their love bloomed when he visits her in her studio and makes a move. While Anne’s Solène surrenders to the unexpected events transpiring in her life, she meets a rude shock when their relationship goes public and is met with a massive backlash.
