Chelsea Midfielder Romeo Lavia Ruled Out of Wolves Fixture Following Hamstring Injury
Lavia was one of Chelsea's big-money signings last summer but then missed nearly the entire season with injuries. Chelsea boss Maresca said that the most recent impediment wasn't a serious one and the side were being cautious and precautionary.

Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia is out injured again and the midfielder was left out of Chelsea’s squad for Sunday’s Premier League game at Wolves, with manager Enzo Maresca saying the midfielder has a minor hamstring problem.

“Roméo has a small hamstring issue but not a huge concern”, Chelsea boss Maresca said.

Lavia was one of Chelsea’s big-money signings last summer but then missed nearly the entire season with injuries. He made his first Premier League start in last weekend’s opening 2-0 loss to Manchester City when he was one of Chelsea’s best players.

Chelsea’s latest signing, Joao Felix, was on the bench after joining from Atletico Madrid. Raheem Sterling was once again completely left out of the squad.
