National Mineral Development Corporation Announces 81 Vacancies In Multiple Sectors

The National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) has invited applications for various posts. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the NDMC at nmdc.co.in. The recruitment drive at NDMC aims to fill a total of 81 vacancies.

Vacancy Details:

The Navaratna Public Sector aims to engage people on a contract basis for its various projects or units at different locations. These recruitments are for the posts of Civil, Mechanical, Personnel, Electrical, Materials Management, Survey, Safety, Law, Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, Project Monitoring Cell, Computer and Information Technology. These 81 posts are further reserved for each category, such as 13 posts for SC, 6 posts for ST, 20 posts for OBC, 8 posts for EWS and 34 posts for UR categories.

Period of Contract:

The contract will be for a maximum of up to three years initially. The initial agreed period can be extended further based on performance and requirements.

Age Limit:

Candidates up to 45 years old can also apply for NMDC Recruitment 2024. While relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government rules.

Qualifications:

The qualifications vary depending on the post. Generally, one should have a degree or diploma in engineering from a recognised institute or university. The candidate must also have at least four to six years of experience in the relevant field.

Salary:

Among the final selected candidates, those with four years of experience will get a salary of Rs 60,000 per month, while those who have six years of experience will get a salary of up to Rs 90,000. The remuneration can be increased by up to 10 per cent on an annual basis in subsequent years based on their performance.

Selection Process:
