Jharkhand Class 10 Results: Sana Sanjori from Lohardaga District Clinches Second Spot

The Jharkhand Academic Council Board (JAC) has announced the results of class 10. This time too, the daughters have won by topping the list. Sana Sanjori, a student of Indira Gandhi Girls School, Hazaribagh, has secured the second position in the state. Sana Sanjuri has scored 493 out of 500.

Sana Sanjori told Local 18 that she is a resident of Seranghatu in Todar village of Lohardaga district. She has been studying in the hostel of Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya for the last four years. She was selected for this school through a competition and is very happy that he has secured the second position in the entire state. The family members are also very happy.

Apart from the relatives, they are also receiving calls from residents for their daughter’s success. After the results were announced, there was a stream of people congratulating her. Sana Sanjori has scored 98 marks in English, 99 in Sanskrit, 100 in Music, 100 in Science, 96 in Social Science and 96 in Mathematics.

She further said that she wants to become a doctor in future. “My family members also wish me to become a doctor in future. For this more hard work is needed. I worked very hard to study for the 10th class. For this I studied 8 to 10 hours daily”, Sana shared.

At the same time, Sana Sanjori’s father Yusuf Khan said that he is a stay-at-home and is engaged in farming. After many struggles, he sent his daughter from Lohardaga to Hazaribagh to study and it paid off well.

According to JAC, a total of 2,05,110 students passed in class one, 1,53,733 in class two and 19,555 in class three. This year, like the previous year, girls have outperformed boys with 91 per cent while boys scored 89.7 per cent, when taken average. The top three positions are dominated by girls, who incidentally come from Indira Gandhi Girls High School, Hazaribagh. Jyotsna Jyoti scored 99.2 per cent, the second-best student is Sana Sanjori with 98.6 per cent and the third-best student is Karishma Kumari and Srishti Saumya with 98.4 per cent.
