JEE Advanced Result 2024 Declared at jeeadv.ac.in: Ved Lahoti Secures Rank 1, Check Toppers List

The IIT Madras has declared the JEE Advanced 2024 results 2024 today, June 9. It is available on the official website at jeeadv.ac.in. Those who took the JEE Advanced 2024 examination can log in to view their scorecards at jeeadv.ac.in, the official website using their application number, date of birth, and mobile number.

Of the total 1,80,200 candidates who appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE Advanced 2024, as many as 48,248 cleared it. Meanwhile, the  IIT-JEE Advanced 2023 saw a total of 1,80,372 applicants this year, of which 43773 qualified. 7509 female students and 36204 male students qualified for the JEE Advanced this year.

JEE Advanced Result 2024: Category-Wise Cut-Off Marks

The JEE Advanced 2024 was administered on May 26 in morning and afternoon shifts. Each of the exam papers was three hours long. Paper 1 was scheduled from 9 am to 12 noon and Paper 2 was held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. According to the marking scheme, for each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted. If a question is removed from the JEE Advanced 2024 exam paper, all applicants will receive full marks, regardless of whether they attempted it or not.

JEE Advanced Result 2024: JoSAA Counselling

Those who cleared the exam will next be called for counselling. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be in charge of the JEE Advanced 2024 Centralised Counselling Process. The JoSAA 2024 registration procedure will begin tomorrow, June 10. Details regarding the same will be announced by IIT Madras soon.
