AP TET 2024 Registrations Begin at aptet.apcfss.in, Here’s How to Apply

The Department of School Education in Andhra Pradesh has commenced to accept applications from the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 (AP TET) today, February 8. Candidates can apply for the offered posts by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in.

According to the notification, the application will be accepted from February 8 to 18, hence, the candidates are advised to register themselves before the deadline. The release suggests that the exams will be conducted between February 27 to March 9, while the result is expected on March 14.

AP TET 2024: Eligibility Criteria

As per the notification, candidates applying for Paper 1(A) will have to fulfil the below-mentioned criteria. It includes:

–– Candidates are to have a minimum of 45 per cent marks in Class 12 or its equivalent.

–– Candidates who passed a two-year diploma in education/ two-year diploma in elementary education/ four years of Bachelor’s in Elementary Education.

–– Candidates scored at least 50 per cent marks in Class 12 and must have a two-year diploma in elementary education/ four years of Bachelor’s in Elementary Education/two-year Diploma in Education.

–– Graduation and two-year diploma in Elementary Education.

–– Graduation with at least 50 per cent marks and Bachelor of Education.

–– Post-graduation with a minimum of 55 per cent marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated BEd/ MEd.

–– Besides, the candidates applying for Paper 2(A) require a graduation degree in Bachelor of Oriental Language or its equivalent or concerned language or subject as optional. The candidate with a bachelor’s degree in literature or post-graduation in the concerned language can also apply for the same.

Step 1: Visit the official website to register at aptet.apcfss.in.

Step 2: Click on the link to make the application payment.

Step 3: Complete the fee transaction and login with the required credentials.

Step 4: Fill up the application form with the required details.

Step 5: Upload the documents as per the specifications provided.

Step 6: After submission, download and keep a hard copy for future reference.

AP TET 2024: Application fees

To apply for the AP TET 2024, candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 750 for each paper. However, no candidates will be allowed to edit or modify the application after submission.
