'I'm as Hungry as Ever': Virat Kohli's Mindset Ahead of India's T20 World Cup 2024 Campaign
With the T20 World Cup 2024 slowly approaching, Virat Kohli has that fire under his belly and is hungry as ever to help India get the big prize.

With the T20 World Cup 2024 around the corner, all eyes will be on none other than Virat Kohli who will be expected to continue his immense run-scoring form from the IPL to the international tournament and possibly end the long-standing series of heartbreaks and lead India to glory. One thing that has not changed is Kohli’s mindset where he is still as hungry as ever to score the big runs for his country.

The icon remains intent on being the main man with the bat for the nation and remains intent on helping his side get the glory that has been eluding them for quite some time.

“I can say I am as hungry as ever. If I don’t have that hunger then you won’t see me at the tournament. If I don’t have that mindset then I can’t play,” Kohli revealed in an interview with JioCinema.

“When you go to tournaments like this, there is this energy and you get pulled in. Once that atmosphere is set then it is a beautiful journey. We had it in the last World Cup, we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we were not able to finish it off, but we had an enjoyable time as a team and people loved watching us as well. I’m sure we will have a good tournament this time as well,” he said.

A lot of the members that were part of the ODI World Cup are also included in the upcoming T20 World Cup squad as well and Rohit Sharma’s men will be hungry as ever to play the very same brand of cricket which has outplayed most of the oppositions and get back that title which has eluded them since the inaugural edition in 2007.
