Taapsee Pannu has established a special place in the hearts of the audience with her stellar performances. The actress who was last seen in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Dunki earned multiple plaudits for her role. But, apart from her acting prowess, Taapsee Pannu is also a hardcore fitness enthusiast. She often shells out major fitness goals through her workout posts on social media. Safe to say, following a hardcore fitness regimen and maintaining a healthy lifestyle fall on her list of priorities. Recently, she shared a string of pictures and videos on her Instagram stories showcasing her flexibility while performing aerial yoga.
In the first video, Taapsee Pannu can be seen swinging in mid-air in an upside-down position with the assistance of a cloth hanging down from the ceiling. “Therapeutic,” she wrote. The next picture captured her in a similar upside-down posture. This time, her hands rested on the floor while she supported her body weight on the same piece of cloth. Dressed in an all-black athleisure, the actress put forward a fine display of dedication and balance, executing the aerial yoga effortlessly. Her hair was tied in a bun. Although Taapsee posted the photo without any caption, she tagged her training coach Dipika Vijay.
In the next few slides, Taapsee Pannu demonstrated her strength and flexibility by gracefully maneuvering through a variety of aerial yoga poses. In a follow-up video, the actress was captured spreading out her arms in a flight position as she balanced her body. Only her waist and feet touched the cloth while the Sabaash Mithu actress was in mid-air. After staying in the position for a few seconds, she changed into a fetal posture. Taapsee brought her knees close to her chest, wrapped her arms around, and bent her head to execute the aerobics.
Coming to her work front, Taapsee Pannu has a couple of interesting projects lined up this year. She will next be seen in director Arshad Syed’s comedy-drama film Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan. She has been cast opposite Prateik Patil Babbar. Taapsee has also been roped in for the sequel of her 2021 Netflix film Haseen Dillruba, titled Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba.
