Yamaha Fazer 250 First Images Out, Spied Completely Undisguised
The Yamaha Fazer 250, the upcoming fully faired model based on the FZ25 has been spotted completely undisguised and reveals its design.

Yamaha is striving hard to regain its long-lost glory that it captured in the 150 cc market with the Yamaha R15, R15 V2.0, FZ-16, FZ-16S, and Fazer. Yamaha is now aiming to dominate the 200cc+ market and has already started an onslaught of higher capacity bikes in India. While they have already launched the R3, followed by the FZ25, Yamaha is now readying the Fazer 250.

The Fazer 250 is the higher capacity version of the Fazer 150 and has been spied recently by a Biking community named Northeastern Biking Community, who has shared these spy shots via Facebook. The Yamaha Fazer 250, which has been spotted completely undisguised reveals its design, which gets a full fairing.

If you may remember, the Yamaha 150 cc Fazer came with a quarter fairing, which is now long gone in the new Fazer 250. While the motorcycle has the same headlamp design as the Yamaha FZ25, it has faux air intakes adjacent to the headlight along with pilot lamps. The bike gets a Red and Golden color scheme.

Leaving apart the fairing, the Fazer is almost identical to its naked cousin FZ25 in design and features and gets alloy wheels, instrument cluster, sculpted fuel tank and split seats as the FZ25. The new Fazer 250 will be powered by the same 249 cc air cooled engine with 20.9 PS of maximum power and 20 Nm of peak torque as the FZ25.

Yamaha is currently testing the Fazer 250 we expect the Yamaha Motor to launch the motorcycle during the festive season. Expect the 250 price to be priced at a premium of around Rs 20,000 over the FZ25, bringing it to a price range of Rs 1.40 lakh.
