The two-wheeler manufacturer Kraftfahrzeuge Trunkenpolz Mattighofen (KTM) is gearing up to introduce the next-gen 390 Adventure soon. The bike is expected to arrive in the market next year. However, the company has not dropped any official details about the same as yet. It is expected that it might share in upcoming months.
Ahead of its official launch, a lot of details have surfaced online as the bike is spied overseas during the testing phase. The images have revealed overall design and some of the key features.
Next-Gen KTM 390 Look and Features
Going by the leaked images, the upcoming model is likely to flaunt an off-road appearance, featuring overexposed wired-spoke wheels, paired with a large mud-guard.
The photos also showed a decent size front wiser with stylish fairing on the sides. The vehicle will be equipped with a proper dual LED headlamp setup, and inverted horseshoe-shaped LED DRL, giving it a completely aggressive look.
Next-Gen KTM 390 Suspension
The test mule was seen having a single seating arrangement with new rear sub-frame. The photos also showed split grab handles at the back with twin-pod LED tail lights. The vehicle will carry forward some of the features such as USD telescopic forks at the front. While the rear will be treated with mono-shock suspension with pre-load adjustability.
When it comes to the instrument cluster, the next-gen KTM 390 Adventure will feature the same unit as the new-gen 390 Duke. However, some updates can be expected.
Next-Gen KTM 390 Powerstrain
As far as the powertrain is concerned, it will come a 399cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. The unit will generate a max power of 45 BHP and 40 Nm, pairing it with a 6-speed transmission.
