Royal Enfield Rolls Out Factory Custom Program For 2024 Classic 350; Details here
To take part in RE's Factory Custom program, buyers will first have to book the new Classic 350 through the company's dealership.

Royal Enfield unveiled the 2024 Classic 350 motorcycles in India with a range of new designs and feature upgrades earlier this year.

The company has now created a one-of-a-kind ‘Factory Custom’ program. Customers of the new Classic 350 will be able to customise their motorcycle through this new project in partnership with Royal Enfield’s design team. Currently, the Factory Custom program is limited to the new Classic 350.

What exactly is the ‘Factory Custom’ program at Royal Enfield?

Through the Royal Enfield Factory Custom program, consumers may customise their motorcycles with options such as authentic accessories, a variety of paint treatments, 2D/3D decals, seat vinyl, and thread colours. This is the first time that direct co-creation with the factory has been made possible in the Indian motorcycle industry.

Under this program, the modifications will also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The company said the entire process of manufacturing the motorcycle will take nearly 90 days from the date of finalising the design, which will give the bike a distinct rule.

How to register for the Royal Enfield ‘Factory Custom’ program?

To take part in RE’s Factory Custom program, buyers will first have to book the new Classic 350 through the company’s dealership. After booking the motorcycle, customers will have to register for the Factory Custom service online through the official website of the company and pay Rs 5,000.

The manufacturer is providing a unique chance for 15 customers to win a two-day, all-inclusive vacation to Chennai as part of a special promotion. The winners will get to work closely with the company’s design team to construct their own Classic 350 during a visit to the company’s Tiruvottiyur facility in Tamil Nadu. A guided tour of the bikemaker’s Vallam Vadagal production facility is also included in the excursion.

In addition to the standard seven colour selections on the bike, you can then choose the shade of your choice from a wide colour palette.

Royal Enfield unveiled the new Classic 350 in five variations, with prices starting at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant and Rs 2.3 lakh for the top variant.
