It is generally believed, according to societal norms, that after marriage the bride shifts to her in-laws’ house. In a bizarre incident, one bride left everyone — including the groom — shocked when she placed a weird condition that would blow away your mind. The bride made it clear that if she came to the in-laws’ house, her ex-husband would also come with her. Weird, isn’t it? The 38-year-old bride wanted to bring her ex with her and the groom even agreed. While it may sound weird, the reason will leave you stunned and ultimately melt your heart. The woman named Chris married her 36-year-old husband, James Armstrong. Before her marriage to James, she placed a condition that she wanted to bring along her childhood friend and ex-husband, Brandon with her. As soon as James heard the condition, he agreed. Reportedly, he made Brandon a part of his life and also became his legal guardian along with his wife, Chris. CBS Mornings reported that James loves his wife, and cares for Brandon as well.
As per media reports, Chris had earlier married her childhood friend, Brandon in the year 2006. Shortly after marriage, Brandon met with a car accident which resulted in his mental condition deteriorating. Initially, Chris decided to stay with him, but then later thought of divorcing Brandon and moving on in life. She found it impossible to stay away from him and instead chose to become his legal guardian and chose to take care of him instead of leaving him.
She crossed paths with James and fell in love with him. So, when they decided to take the nuptial vows, Chris placed her condition clearly in front of James, who being an understanding and compassionate person accepted Chris and Brandon into his life. Thereafter, Chris and Brandon moved in with James and the couple are being lauded by social media for their thoughtful decision to include Brandon in their life and share his responsibility.
