TV Show Katha Ankahee Will Take 8 Months Leap, Separation Plot To Hook Viewers

Katha Ankahee has managed to captivate its audience with its intriguing storyline and stellar star cast. With unexpected twists and turns, the show has gained a positive response from viewers. Now, in an exciting development, Katha Ankahee is all set to take a leap of eight months. According to a report by ETimes TV, Adnan Khan and Aditi Dev Sharma who play the lead roles of Viaan and Katha respectively will go through a separation. Moreover, it has been revealed that Viaan will face imprisonment after parting ways with Katha.

A source shared, “Yes, the leap is happening but it is not the generational one or so, just a quick leap of 8 months. It will surely break the hearts of fans but Viaan and Katha will have separation and the shocking part is that Viaan will be in jail. Why and how he reached there is what fans need to watch out for post leap.”

Previously while speaking to ETimes TV, Adnan Khan shared his experience of working on Katha Ankahee and revealed what made the show such a hit. He described his time on the show as crazy, emphasizing that the twists and turns in the storyline were as surprising for him as they were for the audience. He also credited the show’s success to its exceptional writing, direction, cinematography, and performances. “It is not one thing; it is the collection of people putting their best foot forward. They are trying to give as much of a slice of life to people as they can,” he added.

Katha Ankahee is inspired by the Turkish drama series One Thousand And One Nights. In the Hindi version, it features Adnan Khan and Aditi Dev Sharma in the lead roles. The plot revolves around the story of a single mother, Katha Singh, and the renowned architect, Viaan Raghuvanshi.

Adnan Khan gained fame for his portrayal of Mawlawi Kabeer Ahmed in Zee TV’s Ishq Subhan Allah. The actor made his television debut with Star Plus’s show Arjun. Presently, he is seen on Sony TV’s Katha Ankahee as Viaan Raghuvanshi. On the other hand, Aditi Dev Sharma has been featured in several projects like India’s Best Cinestar Ki Khoj, Gangaa, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, and the Punjabi film Angrej.
