New Delhi: Micromax has launched the successor to the Canvas Spark smartphone. Named Canvas Spark 2, the new smartphone will be exclusively available on Snapdeal at a price of Rs 3,999. The phone will go on sale starting September 30 and will be available under flash sale. Users, however, can register on the Snapdeal website starting 10 am on September 23.
It is one of the most affordable 3G Android smartphones available in the Indian market. The Canvas Spark 2 features a 5-inch display, 5 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera.
Under the hood is a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and has an internal storage space of 4 GB. It also has a microSD card slot for additional storage.
Its 1800 mAh battery is claimed to give users up to 324 hours of standby time.
The Canvas Spark 2 will be available in Black and will come with a set of accessories including a charger, data cable, earphones and a screen protector.
