New Delhi: Ahead of the winter session of Parliament, a slew of high-profile meetings will be held over the next 24 hours by the Bharatiya Janata Party's top leaders.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu will meet leaders from all parties. The executive committee of the BJP Parliamentary party will meet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. He'll also be meeting the NDA floor leaders.
Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan too has called an all party meeting.
The focus is on the NDA's strategy for pushing through the GST Bill. In all likelihood, the Winter session of Parliament will be a stormy one. The intolerance debate is likely to echo in the House with several oppostion MPs planning to raise the issue.
