IPL 2024 mini auction didn’t disappoint. In fact, it left even the likes of Sourav Ganguly surprised when Australian Mitchell Starc became the costliest purchase in the history of IPL auctions.
Sam Curran’s rein as the most expensive player lasted one season when first world cup winning captain Pat Cummins overtook him when Sunrisers Hyderabad outbid Royal Challengers Bangalore to land the Aussie superstar.
